This guide explains how our subscription plans work, including credits, upgrades, payments, refunds, and enterprise options.
Overview
Phot.AI provides three different type of plans: Starter, Pro+ and Growth. Each of these plans include specific number of seats, credits, brand kits, and limitation to marketplace account integrations.
1. How Credits Work
Credits are used for:
- •Running tests
- •Generating AI content
- •API calls
- •Image generations and optimizations
Monthly Credit Allocation
Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of credits per month based on your tier.
Credit Rollover
Unused credits roll over for up to 3 months. After that, expired credits are automatically removed.
Need More Credits?
If you exceed your monthly allocation, you can purchase additional credits anytime without upgrading your full plan.
2. What's Included in Each Plan
Plans are structured based on usage and team needs. Differences typically include:
