Overview

We've designed our cancellation process to be transparent and user-controlled. If you need to pause or end your Phot.AI Pro membership, you can do so directly from your dashboard without needing to contact support.

Step-by-Step Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation, follow these steps within your account:

  • Navigate to Billing: Open your Account Settings and select the Billing tab under the "Personal" section.
  • Locate Subscription Details: Find the Current Subscription card (where your plan name and monthly rate are displayed).
  • Initiate Request: Click the Cancel subscription button located next to the "Upgrade plan" option.
  • Confirm: Follow the final prompt to disable your auto-renewal.

Important Cancellation Policies

  • Access Until Expiry: After cancelling, you will not lose access immediately. Your Phot.AI Pro features will remain fully active until the end of your current billing period (e.g., if your next payment was scheduled for 12th Apr 2026, you will have access until that date).
  • No Future Charges: Once the cancellation is confirmed, your status will update to "Pending Cancellation," and you will not be billed again unless you choose to manually reactivate the plan.
  • Data & Credits: Your generated assets and account history remain saved. However, please ensure you use any remaining credits before the cycle ends, as they may expire once the account reverts to a free tier.

Reactivation

Changed your mind? You can jump back into your Pro features at any time by clicking "Reactivate" in the same Billing section, or by selecting a new plan through the Upgrade plan portal.
