Cancel Subscription Policy
For Pro Users:
- Log In: Access your Phot.AI account.
Navigate to Dashboard: Go to"My Dashboard."
Manage Subscription: Click "Manage Subscription."
Cancel: Select "Cancel Subscription"
Important Details:
Processing Time: The cancellation will be processed within 48 hours.
Usage: You can use Phot.AI until the end of the current billing cycle.
Data Access: After cancellation, access to past data and tools will be lost. Resubscribing restores access.
Account Deletion: Accounts inactive for 12 months will be permanently deleted.
Note for Free Users:
Premium Subscription Requirement: The "Manage Subscription" option is available only to premium subscribers.
Upgrade CTA: Free users will see a "Upgrade to Pro" CTA instead of "Manage Subscription" on the dashboard.
